This free event is hosted by Walloon Lake Association & Conservancy and the Charlevoix Conservation District. Chris Anderson, local tree identification expert from the Conservation District, will lead this educational hike at WLAC Field Preserve. He will identify the tree in this species rich and diverse nature preserve while on a snowshoe hike. WLAC will provide snowshoes or crampons for participants, if conditions require them.
