Join us for our Winter Herbal Tea Workshop with Sandi Clark and discover the rich history and wellness benefits of herbal teas. Sandi will give a brief history of herbal teas and highlight the beneficial properties of the most popular herbs used in teas today. Learn how to make your own herbal tea blends using common garden herbs! Participants will be invited to design their own personal tea blend and prepare a tea bag to take home. There will be both hot and cold herbal teas available for sampling, as well as a few herbal mocktails to try.

About the Instructor:

Sandi Clark is an Advanced Master Gardener, member of Midwest Michigan Herb Associates, and past member of Michigan Herb Associates. Sandi resides in Interlochen and volunteers at the Botanic Garden and The Friendly Garden Club of Traverse City.
