NMMGA seed sorting and packaging session will take place on February 16 from 1 pm to 3:00 pm at the Charlevoix Conservation District at 303 North Street, Boyne City.  Click here for map directions. This gives everybody time to return home for the Member Meeting.

Join us for the 2 hours or any part of it you can. Come earlier if you would like. I will be there at noon. If possible, please bring a cookie sheet with an edge or shallow cardboard box or other flat object to keep the seeds contained while sorting and packaging. Extra cookie sheets will be available.

Bring your own seeds or work with the many seeds we have already collected. Seeds and sorting tools will be supplied along with seed packets to fill. Come see the new process we have started for attaching plant information and seed sowing directions. Work on seeds at home and count the hours towards your annual volunteer hours requirement.

Bring a snack to share. Beverages are available at a minimal cost or bring your own. Excited to talk about gardening while sorting and packing seeds in a project that does so much good for so many!
