Les Cheneaux Culinary School presents an interactive cooking demonstration at North Central Michigan College at the Library Conference Center. This $15 course is led by Zach Schroeder, director and culinary instructor at the Les Cheneaux Culinary School in Hessel, will show how mastering seasoning can instantly elevate home cooking. Guests will taste how herbs, spices, aromatics and acids can directly transform different foods, and come away with practical, memorable tools to take back to their own kitchens. The session will also include a brief overview of the school’s programs and its renowned summer restaurant, along with a behind-the-scenes look at the culinary experiences being created in the Les Cheneaux Islands.
