About the instructor: Kim Seelinger is a Master Gardener, certified through Michigan State University in 2002. Kim has worked in several retail greenhouses and has developed and maintained many public and private gardens. She also does some residential landscape design, consulting & maintenance. Her specialty is creating layered landscapes for multi-season interest, using leaf color and texture to create drama. “Gardening is my passion—I love getting my hands dirty, and I truly believe that an hour in the garden puts life’s problems in perspective.”
