This walking tour is hosted by North Central Michigan College and lead by Sierra LaRose, Certified Herbalist, Wild Harvester, and owner of Bear Earth Herbals. Sierra leads a walk in the woods of the NCMC Nature Area to learn about wild plants and their properties. This walk will cover plant identification, ethical harvesting, herbal remedy preparation and much more. Bring a notebook and gear for possible changes in weather.
