Second work session of the year at the Emmet County Fairground. This is an ongoing project where master gardeners give input to the management of the gardens. We assist in spring preparation and fall cleanup. We support the prevention of disease by the Viburnum Leaf Beetle, build a demonstration native garden, and counsel on weed management. Recently NMMGA proposed to create a monarch butterfly waystation. Join this session or any of the sessions scheduled this season. Stay for part or all of the three hour block.
